I downloaded but didn’t like so deleted and unsubscribed yet they keep going into my bank trying to take money! I had to block them with my bank

*update* Not an unusual case!!So many people have had also been scammed. I’ll quote directly their response - again despite providing photographic PROOF that I had cancelled before trial end. “The reason you were charged twice in two months is simply because our plan is billed at 29.99 euros per month. I truly wish I could do more for you. What I can do, though, is offer you a one-month promo code that will allow you to explore our app free of charge and without any worries. “ I have been charged for this two months running despite cancelling days before trial end. Don’t be fooled by their response. Their response by email is basically we are charging you whether you like it or not, despite my sending photographic proof of cancelling trial. They are abusing the Apple platform. DO NOT DOWNLOAD TRIAL. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF YOU CANCEL.

Do not download this app, they make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription so they will continue to take money. Avoid!

The test has a lot of questions, some of them weird and results still don’t match with me. Nothing special or interesting to pay for. And it’s definitely shouldn’t cost that price. I regret getting it. Besides it doesn’t has a trial at least 3 day to try it out which is strange.

I got not one, but two unwanted charges (€30 each) after canceling the free trial the very same day I installed the app. I requested a refund, and all I got in response was a template with a set of instructions that led nowhere. Today, I had another €30 deducted from my bank account—still no reply from the company. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an app.

I’m trying to cancel the subscription I don’t recall signing up for and it’s not at all easy. Buyer beware.

Please proceed with caution, I got caught for money even after cancelling sub on my settings. Also signed up for ADHD questionnaire and never saw results, total con.

I did not like the app, cancelled subscription during the free trial, and got charged for renewal nevertheless. Then had to go through the whole process of emailing there and back proving that it should not be charged for and was. It’s the first app on appstore that I have this issue with and I subscribed and unsubscribed for many during last 3 years.

I REALLY like this app, it is great if you don’t sign in there is a lot of free stuff, most of the tests aren’t available without paying but there are lots of short courses with information and there is a free depression, anxiety, emotional burnout and happiness test. But whenever I go into the stats erea it crashes.
