The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below.
With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user.
In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life.
Mood tracker
Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction.
Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down.

This app is a complete scam. I tried it out and did a free trial which I ended the same day I downloaded it. Now 3 months later, I have been charged every single month $20 after canceling the subscription and I’m still trying to find a way for them to stop charging me.
I cancelled my subscription
I cancelled my subscription and the app is still trying to charge me $8.49
Really Bad
It gives me an error when I try to cancel subscription!
The app is silly and it does not aggregate to my mental health
Mental Health Care Shouldn’t Be So Expensive
In order to really get any benefit from this app, you have to pay for the subscription. The cost for said subscription is $8.49/week. That’s roughly $34/month. Yes, it might be slightly cheaper than a therapist. However, a simple app should not cost people an arm and a leg. Times are hard for a lot of people right now. This app should maybe cost $5/month max.
App devs, if you’re actually reading this review: Do you care about people’s wellbeing? Or are you just trying to profit off mental health? If you truly care, lower the subscription cost by a lot to actually show you care. $5/month max. Help us heal from our trauma and mental health conditions. Don’t cause us to go broke just because we are looking for some peace and answers.
Free and better sources out there
There are superior testing sources out there that are free of charge.
Got charged for subscription I never baught
I never ever buy subscriptions for apps like this, NEVER. I didn’t even know I had this WEEKLY subscription. I have no idea how they started charging me, never used my face or confirmed the payment.
Impossible to cancel will keep charging you
The app in itself is fine until you want to cancel. There is no way to cancel it and you will continue to get charged even after emailing the support line. The response from them is links for where you signed up for the app to cancel, I tried Apple subscriptions it was not there, tried the online subscriptions kept getting “error” when it would get to the final step of the cancellation.
Ugh
Cannot close my account and get rid of the subscription. I am being charged monthly for something I don’t use. I have tried the only email I have to get it done. I have emailed them with no reply.
Costs $468 per year
This app is $9 a week to take personality type tests that can be found online. This is the most expensive app I’ve ever seen. It gave no other payment options, just free trial then $9 a week. That’s $468 per year. You take quizzes and it gives generic advice and recommends BetterHelp. They seem to collect your info to sell it so they don’t care if you don’t like their app. Predatory app taking advantage of people at their lowest.
Do NOT try this app! Can’t cancel subscription once signed up.
I signed up for the free trial and originally and liked the interface but wanted to unsubscribe because I didn’t use it often enough. In order to cancel your subscription, you need to send an email to customer support. After multiple attempts to email and cancel, they are STILL charging me. To the point I had to cancel my debit card and get a new number because that was the only way to stop them from charging my account.
