Call a Bike Reviews

To be avoided !!

celineh22 on

I used the bike for 2 days during my weekend in Berlin, I used the "break option" when needed and always ending the ride in the same station than the pick up but they charged me 65 Euros !! It's not right, fair and justified from you. It's outrageous to steal from people like this

TO AVOID

Junygcb on

Call a Bike is a SCAM. They make their app stop working once the bike ride starts, preventing us from ending it. Therefore, the more time passes, the more money gets taken from us. Also, there is no efficient customer service and no one in their speaks English to help tourists like me. I understand better why some have filed legal complaints against them. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE

Valentin Echevin on

Call A Bike is the worse shared bikes service I have ever used and I tried several on the span of a decade in half a dozen citys. This is bad. The GPS on the bikes/app is so off that the company charges you extra fees about every third time you use a bike. This is somewhere between 1 and 10€. EVERY THIRD TIME. Having to make cumbersome claims each time (through mails) with several weeks of delay before having an answer (when you have one) and having to monitor them is EXHAUSTING. I still am bound to them with a one-year contract that I regret very much. As soon as it is over, I’ll run from this plateform very far, and you should too.

Mauvaise expérience

A éviter !

Achtung Gutschein Falle

Annabell(a) on
