Canary - Smart Home Security

Før hadde man 24 timers video av ting som hendte foran kamera. Nå får man kun en beskjed om at noe er foran kamera, men man får jo IKKE se noe video. Hva er dette for noe tull, jeg ønsker pengen tilbake.

Before I could see 24 hours of events, then there were 3 hours and now you can’t see anything from events happened. Then this is useless.

When I first got Canary nearly 3 years ago, nearly none of the services were premium (subscription based), where as now, 90% of the services are locked behind a paywall. The creeping subscription service has lowered my view of Canary. The application itself is riddled with bugs and crashes regularly, especially if you have multiple cameras and switch between them. As a software quality analyst, I am expecting more, especially if you consider the company using a subscription service for most of the features. I don’t think I’ll go with Canary again unfortunately. Back in the days this company and their products were A tier, a superb choice, but that seems to have changed.

Do not buy this system. Cameras take to long to load and the app is horrible. Adds and other stuff wasting your time. Worst company and system ever.

Scam

Terrible customer service. I’ve had this camera for maybe 8 years and at first it was wonderful. No issues. Updated just fine. App worked. I noticed my cameras stuck in an update mode for several days and no resolution has been made. Sometimes they are able to do something on their side and correct whatever the issue is but not for long. They say turn it off and turn it on again like that changes anything. The app is broken and it’s a ridiculous amount of money I have spent on a camera system that’s maybe worked fully 2 months out of the year. And they have no explanation as to why it just disconnects and gets stuck in an update cycle that can’t bypass itself. I even purchased a new camera thinking maybe it’s just super old but no. The new camera started acting the exact same way once an update for it came out. Now both are useless. Mad cause I wasted so much time on this horrible device. I really did give it all my patience but I’m done. I purchased a different brand of camera today.

Great job done by this device. Gives me secure feeling for my distant home.

I bought a camera and downloaded the app, but it doesn't work. When I launch it, the app crashes and doesn't allow me to create an account.

Please fix bug or glitch everytime I try to make an account when I’m on the last step the app closes on me. I keep installing and uninstalling and same issue over and over again.

Cannot get past the sign in screen on current iOS version. crashes as others stated. but I decided I’m gonna hold out some hope on an update and take a chance. I can’t speak on advertisements or anything as I was not even able to get that far.
