No app access from abroad

I downloaded the app successfully, but service is not available from Portugal. A ZA sim card is not used for the phone to access the app.

App not activating

SMS doesn’t send to activate app. SMS is free but you need airtime. Branch refers you to your cellphone provider for assistance who then sends you back to the bank with a solution for the tech team which doesn’t help. Branch does not have to capability to assist. You need to use facial recognition to create profile which is not something I Consent to.
