We found it really helpful and easy to use. I still think in high end dining it might have been nice to have had an real menu. The only down side was that we all had to have our phones all the time.kinda broke our no phones at the table for our family,
Would have loved to be able to filter by venue, what activities were happening. But overall, very useful app!
Don’t expect much from the app before you go, but once it’s cruise time the app is perfect for finding things to do & getting around the ship.
Before you board your cruise this doesn’t do much. But once you’re on board it’s fantastic. All the information about your excursions, restaurants, menus, ship map and other events is all right there. Couldn’t get along without it!
Used this app aboard the Carnival Celebration, was so useful to know what was happening hour by hour around the ship, as well to check-in to the different dining and notifies you when your table is ready! The chat feature is definitely worth it to purchase especially if you have a big group, our family of 8 cruisers definitely appreciated it! We could all be in different parts of the ship and when we got a notification that our table was ready we would all head to our dining! Only problem is sometimes the chat will disconnect and you receive lost messages a couple of hours later, not sure if it was related to bugs in the app or the wifi of the ship.
This is a great feature….when it works properly! Most of the time messages weren’t delivered and had to resend the message several times, or we wouldn’t get a notification to know we had a message. Great feature but needs improvement!
This is an excellent app, keeps you up to date on everything on board! And the chat was great too!
From the beginning to the last day was great. In fact we booked already for the next cruise 2024.
The hub was a great way to keep up to date about events happening on the ship. I liked that we were able to check out the dining room menu in advance. It would have been nice to see the room service menu on there as well. I checked my account balance everyday so that was a great feature to have. It would have been nice to use the chat feature but not at an extra cost.
