I am unable to add my express pass to my Apple wallet. The icon is not working. And when I attempt to open past in the app it takes too long.
Nous avons été enchanté par notre croisière avec Celebrity Constellation. Un grand merci à l’équipe Emmanuel, Genesis et Viona pour leur service impéccable durant nos repas et toujours avec le sourire. Tout le personnel de l’équipage est dévoué pour nous offrir un voyage parfait. C’était réussi.

Unfortunately we want to reserve for my special day ( my birthday) and it is not possible cause the policy. We want to pay a cover charge… but no possible. We are so deeply desapointed about that. We had sailing third time with Celebrety Cruise…and we are expecting more recognizes . Thank you Mance Lasnier and Bertrand Hebert 3175

Worst cruise app ever Always something wrong Error messages
Too hard to navigate between the various screens and tabs - clumsy and awkward. Should allow users to add their own comments into their daily calendars and share their calendars with cabin mates. Doesn’t show in the calendar when the formal nights are or the main entertainment. Preload the calendar with at least the basics! Then let users delete them if they don’t want them showing.
This company has been experiencing downtime issues on the login area for, according to my research, over two years. It’s very annoying when they tell you to do something but cannot achieve it due to their site being down for, sometimes, 3/4 of the day or more. I wrote to the company about it but they have not responded to my questions. I notice an obscene amount of cookies and trackers on their main website, 87 in all, so I am wondering what they monitor on their app. Users should just be aware what they collect.
Nous recevons des courriels de promotion à tous les jours depuis que nous avons réservé une croisière avec Celebrity. C’est presque du harcèlement ! On comprend très bien que l’objectif premier de cette entreprise est de faire de plus en plus de profit, mais aux dépens du service à la clientèle. Impossible de consulter notre compte en ligne sans être inondés d’offres promotionnelles! Exaspérant! Par contre, naviguer sur leur site est complexe. Profits ou service à la clientèle?
