Please separate napping & dozing

I just started using this app and so far it has been very insightful. My goal is to wake up less often in the middle of the night and sleep a bit longer (min 7 hours). I would love to see napping and dozing as two different questions. I NEVER nap but I do doze sometimes in the evening when I sit down and relax. My fear is if I go to bed when I begin dozing I will wake up the next day way too early. My sleep drive is not interrupted by any napping. Please separate these two inputs. Thank you!

Apple Health

Still new to the app. But I’m having trouble connecting it to Apple Health. On first use, the app asked if I wanted to connect to Health Connect (or something like that) to make it easier to track sleep, I said yes. But it ultimately took me to the Google Play Store to install an app from there. I’m on an iPhone! How can I connect to Apple Health and my watch?

Valuable for treating my insomnia

dealinwithdan on

United States

Combined with CBT-i therapy with my therapist this app has been helpful for keeping track of sleep quality and efficiency. I use it, address my sleep issues, and then stop using it. And then months later when I have issues again, I come back to it. Glad to have it.

Only one flaw, but it's major

AnneBaatstad on

I adore this app and it's completely turned around my chronic severe insomnia. However, there NEEDS to be a way to track nights when the insomniac literally doesn't sleep at all. The setting now are throwing off the sleep efficiency score and time asleep tracking. This seems like something the developers should be able to easily build in.

Will not work

The CBT-i coach app will not work on my iPad.

Confusing, ambiguous and cumbersome app

Raid Blunder on

United States

The time frames which the questions in this app uses are ambiguous and confusing. It is extremely cumbersome to use. Why can’t the writers of this app simply include the calendar date which the question refers to with each individual question? Why can’t they allow the user to erase the app writer’s‘ questions?

I don’t want to do math everytime I wake up

jimmy gaudet on

United States

I don’t want to do math everytime I wake up. Just let me pick the time I went to bed and how long it took to go to sleep wake up. And awakenings with how long I was awake. Your software can figure out how long I then slept for

No Sleep/No Record

Ange_Mom on

United States

If you have a sleepless night, where you have no sleep, there’s no way to record it in this app.
