I love this app! Great for accurately recording # hrs sleep for doctor's records and mine. The reason for 4 instead of 5, it gets a glitch once in a while and won't allow me to record certain dates. I think in the 2 yrs i've been using this this has happened 3x. The sleep recommendation is really off. I use it more just to graph my sleep patterns for my records and those of my health professionals.
I got this app at the recommendation of my Occupational therapist because I had not been getting enough sleep. The app allowed me to track how I was sleeping as well as track my sleeping habits. Seeing my sleeping habits like when I go to bed on a graph really helped me become more aware of where I could improve personally to try and get a better sleep. It also allows you to track different things that can affect your sleep and can be hooked up to your smart watch. I definitely recommend it even for people without sleep disorders.
The data collected is great and the insight I get from it very helpful. However, I can’t update my sleep prescription nor will I receive the exported reports. Went on the app support website and there is no information on troubleshooting these 2 issues.
I like having my sleep data in one place. The reminders do not work consistently from day to day. Days go by when I don’t get my reminder to complete my sleep diary, then I randomly get a reminder for a day or two.
This app always crashes. I can never same my sleep. So frustrating
It would be nice to have the option to export the data. It would also be helpful to be able to view more than one week on the charts.
