Celebrity Cruises

This is our first trip on Celebrity, all previous cruises have been on Cunard. There were two reasons why we chose this, one was the ports and the other was a friend who is the grandfather a a singer dancer in the show (Lily). We have found all the staff more interactive and personable, which we have enjoyed. We we a bit disappointed in us having to pay for the shuttle bus that is free on Cunard, but that has not warranted a point deduction. On reflection, we wished we had booked Aqua class, I do not think there would have been much of a price difference, as we felt we would prefer to eat more healthy meals as we do at home and the benefits from the concierge class we did use or benefit from. If we go on Celebrity again it will be on Aqua class. Thank you

Feeble attempt at an ap. Lacks any clarity and is unhelpful just like the customer relations staff.

It’s so difficult to use. Clunky, hard to find things, not intuitive at all!

This is my first experience of Celebrity Cruise. The check in is very chunky and now that I’ve paid the final amount I’m told that my reservation is on hold . Very frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Once on the CORRECT app check in was very good. Getting to this app was a nightmare. Thanks to David at Celebrity Customer Services I was able to access to correct app. The issue was that Celebrity link to the mobile app opens up the parent company app Royal Caribbean International which doesn’t recognise the booking reference from Celebrity.

Don’t know what is going on I’m an elite member my booking has Weybridge address on bill and I noticed that my address was not being accepted on my booking and then I was blocked I telephoned and spoke to Ally then it sounded like Holly in Captains Club she changed the address which is correct on booking now I hit save and it wouldn’t allow it then blocked then please try later what on earth is going on please contact me on my mobile number you have or my email you have please. This is our first ever cruise and we are converted . It has been amazing and we still have a few days left . Everything from the food to service and facilities has been excellent . The staff are all beautiful, so friendly and accommodating. I truly could not fault anything . I’m already thinking if my next one 😊
