They didn’t refund me the full amount + they promised to give me 10% extra on my refund but they also didn’t.. not recommended at all.

They took my money and canceled my order and they don't respond anywhere

This is the worst site I deal with. They don't respond to customers' inquiries and they just delete the customers’ complaints in Instagram. Thay are layers

Bad site, I don't recommend dealing with it .. No response to messages

Ordered some shoes three weeks ago. They said they don’t ship to my address & cancelled my order. Still haven’t received the refund.

Orders take too long, it has been 12 days and not even a tracking number, I keep receiving the same email again and again…. Thank you for your reply. It’s clearly a scam! In fact, I am more shocked a company like this can call themselves Australian. I ordered a $1500 pair of sunglasses. Needless to say, they never arrived. CS was mediocre at best. Anyhow, this is too high risk for my appetite. Fortunately, my bank will resolve the matter for me.

Took 2 days to process and just to tell me my order will be cancel due to not being able to comfirm auntenticity. This site is NOT IT! DONT DO IT!

I love it ! The shipping time frame can be better to the USA but I def will keep shopping here
