Chegg Study - Homework Help

Been a user since 2022, since they integrated the AI the UI has been horrible. I like and support them but at this point I will switch over to ChatGPT or other platforms and advise other users to do the same thing

I am utterly disappointed with Chegg's recent transition to their new app, which essentially locks out previous users from accessing their own flashcards without a paid monthly subscription. It's an egregious move that reeks of fraudulence. As a loyal user who invested significant effort into creating my flashcards, I feel utterly betrayed by Chegg's decision to prioritize profit over user experience. The fact that Chegg expects users to forget about the flashcards they painstakingly crafted is unacceptable. It's a slap in the face to their dedicated user base. I urge others to heed this warning and think twice before trusting an app that treats its loyal customers in such a callous manner. Chegg's actions speak volumes about their disregard for user loyalty and their willingness to exploit their customers for financial gain. I, for one, will be looking for alternative platforms that value and respect their users.

The results they give are not correct. If you ask the same question several times you get different answers. They do not answer your exact questions.

NEVER AGAIN! the app is such a scam. They will take your money and then suspend your account for „suspicious activity“ while you’re studying. Apparently you’re not allowed to use the app for more than 30 minutes or you will get suspended. Save your money

This app claims to help you out solve tasks, but it doesn’t, 0/10 solutions for physics are wrong and confusing, and these greedy losers are so bad they restrict your device numbers to two units, bruh. Worst scam company I’ve ever encountered. For this money go to freelancers and ask them for solutions instead.

You have enough brains to write a program to make money! How much brains does it take to understand that the program is being used by students who are damaging their eyes from your white screen?! Is it that hard to make a "dark theme"? How many times do you have to be asked for it!? Your app is complete garbage without dark theme!

Deleting my deck of flashcards without a warning and forcing to switch to a new app is a no-go!

The app is very good but I can’t be paying something monthly to be asking just 20 questions per months .. this is not normal

I have been using Chegg for months. The app does exactly what you would expect and to be honest when needed, it is extremely helpful. However the app is designed to be as difficult and painful to its users and even more so for anyone outside the US. The app will constantly require you to verify your humanity just for using it more than 15 minutes and it will consider every attempt to use it as a new device, making it unaccessible at times. Worst of all is the Customer Service or lack off it, since the Contact Us is redirected to only text and calls for a number in the US, so basically anyone outside the US hope you’re happy getting charged fees for contacting someone in L.A. when the app fails to cancel your subscription. Even when the service is an upmost necessity, I strongly recommend avoiding this app, else expect your 15 euros a month to soon become equivalent to extra 15 euros for every month that the customer service fails you.
