I submitted my question 3 times. The second time I had to wait for 3 days just to receive a reply: we need more details to solve the equations. Although the app says it will take only 30 minutes to solve the equations. This time I’ve submitted again my question hoping finally I will get some help from this app
Awful program
All store please delete this program, it’s scam.
THEY FOOL THE USERS, TAKING THE PAYMENT AND THEN CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
They took the payment for a month and cancelled the membership after the very first week. And they said they did not send the refund. I have all proofs. They just trick the new users. The reason for cancelling? They said my email was “non-deliverable”, when I got the email yesterday from them! So cool, isn’t it? Don’t have a membership in such place of cheaters

Yesterday I have subscribed, payed to chegg and via computer I used but via my phone I couldn’t. At now i tried to log in via computer it says resubscribe and asks money , please fix that or return my money back!!

I got the subscription last month and chegg blocked my account, but after a while it took money for the second month. i cancelled it but i dont have my money back please help me
