Useless app. Membership is expensive and can’t even help me with my assignments. I have sent like 10-15 questions or assignments and got no solutions. They got experts but they cant even solve a problem.

all my decks disappered
You definitely cannot trust this app!! In the former app (Chegg flashcards)that I had on my phone, i had created after so much painful work, many decks with my own flashcards, that disappered all of a sudden! Because the app stopped existing!! Without warning. They should have at least inform us!! Where is all my work? Unacceptable!
It’s Upsetting!!
Every time I have assignments one after one and update 10 questions they suspend my account! And even if I won’t use it for 1 or 2 weeks after I login its again suspended!!! And this is my 3-4 time that happened and for it to start again immediately wants you to repay the month or to submit a survey and after 2-3 days it’s open again. I’m really disappointed..
The app is unacceptable
i cannot find in any of your apps some the content i can find on your website. For a paid service, and a well paid one in this case, i consider this unacceptable!!
