Chegg Study - Homework Help

They charged me twice for one month and it took HOURS to resolve. They sent me to so many different people on chat who didn’t respond. This is actually ridiculous and paying $17 a month is absolutely insane.

Ever since ai replaced the actual people solving the problems ive been getting everything math related wrong.

I took pictures of all my questions and I do not get the correct answer something have to be wrong with the app I give it 0 stars I need a refund .

What a way to make a perfectly working app/service unbearable. A money grab to stay the least not as useful as it once was.

They snitch to your school

This app is still pure garbage because of the changes they’ve made. 1 - While they’ve brought back the feature to add audio to the flash cards, the default is English and you can’t permanently change the language on one side of the card, so if you switch it to Spanish and and leave the deck, it’ll switch back to English and you’ll have to change it back every time on every card. This wasn’t like this back in 2020 before they “updated” the app, the language setting would stay on each card once you set it. 2 - The audio for the app is very unclear. It was much clear and easier to understand before the 2020 “update” and there was also an option to change the speed of the audio. I can barely make out what’s being said no matter what the language. 3 - Also, you now have to press a button for the audio to play. Before the 2020 “update” the audio would play with the pre-selected language as soon as you swiped to whatever side of the flash card you selected. Because of all this, the app is still terrible and unusable.

This app is not good at all, better off getting chatAI plus for $10 a month.

If you are looking for great quality help without being charged 5 seconds within opening the app this is DEFINETILEY NOT recommend

I found that with Chemistry is a 50/50 chance it will give the a correct awnser, or even a awnser. Ive noticed the app it self lagging with its functions not working properly. Like the PASTE of questions, and not reading the questions correctly. App need work, but still over that its a 5 star app! Thank you Chegg creators!

Surprise, surprise. Having an AI response be what you will find long before actually human answers, especially when these AI responses are generally not correct, ruins the effectiveness of this as a tool. Either the AI needs more time in the oven or, better yet, priority should be given to verified expert answers in response to questions.
