Even one of them are not true. I asked same question 3 times, Everytime they sent me the wrong answer. They dont even read the question, because the values are not taken from my question. Answer is not about my question. Garbage

The subscription fee was taken 167.99 USD instead of 167.99 TL. I mailed with chegg support but they don’t accept their mistake. I demand the repayment of mistaken amount. Also, i want to remind it is a fraud and if the problem isn’t solved, i will start the legal process.

I am a student and normally I pay 119.99 turkish lira every month. But when I’ve looked at my bank account,I saw that 119,99 USD has been taken from my account this month. When I talked with the chegg support they told me that they see the charge as a turkish lira. Even though I’ve sent them the bank statements and proved them that money has been taken in USD they did not accept it and told me to talk with the bank. When I’ve talked with the bank, bank clarified that money has been taken from Chegg in USD form. I demand my money back.
