Words of Wonders: Teka-Teki!

I really like this app. It’s very intuitive and you can learn over 100 words per month, without notice. You also can re study some topics and watch additional videos. You can write the characters as well or listen to the podcast. The pictures had allowed me to understand the source of the characters, so it’s easier for me to memorize.

It’s hands down the best languange learning app I’ve ever tried!! Its method to teach pictographs is unique and clear, images help retain faster each new symbol

How to change the language to Spanish? Before can now I can’t find in settings 💔

Me encanta la app, la uso en ingles y acabo de ver un video de una chica usando la versión en español pero no encuentro la configuración de idioma en la app. Me gustaría usarla para que mis sobrinos en México aprendan.

Using mnemonics is an excellent idea to easily learn Chinese vocabulary. Before knowing this app, I had to create my own mnemonics, and I still do. But this app helps a lot to associate radicals and other parts of the character with it’s meaning. It saves me time and effort. The app is already great. But I still have a couple of suggestions to make it even better: the companion Apple watch app should be able to synchronize with the phone app, so that we can review on the go. Currently, the watch app keeps repeating the same few and basic characters, regardless of my progress in the phone app. I would also appreciate an spaced repetition system (SPS) to memorize the words in my list of favorites. This is missing in the watch app, and in the phone app they don’t use a consistent SPS. They only allow to review the full list, it doesn’t seem to prioritize the ones I struggle the most to memorize. I also would like to see HSK 3 and higher level vocabulary. Especially with the updated HSK vocabulary list, which is even more aggressive than the previous one. Thank you!
