I have lost 12 days of access to new levels, and they can’t extend my subscription. Other than that the app is fine.

The best way to learn Chinese
Hi! I’m a 60 years old retired woman from Bangkok, Thailand. Never learn Chinese before, since it is too difficult for me. Until I saw ShaoLan on TEDTalk and then I started to use Chineasy app. for the first time. Fantastic! Thanks for this wonderful way of learning. I will try my best to finish it and visit China someday soon.
