This new design gives me headache. Fonts oscillating between large and small, news lumped into clusters without much logical narative. Do you guys use AI to curate this new layout? Please go back to previous design. And in the meantime, I’ll switch to AP. Their design was definitely inferior to your previous version, but with this update you managed to lower the bar well below theirs!
The Reuters app has been my top news source for years, but with the new interface not supporting font size adjustment (increase), the app is not really usable for me, sadly.
The new app format is not an improvement.
This new version 6 is really bad, especially on IPad, complete waste of space, tiny articles and photos. Please revert to previous version. Your great news and reporting is undermined by this new format. Photos have no caption You need a magnifier to see photos and videos You cannot choose the subject. Most of your audience is getting old and need reading help. It is simply horrible, I will have no choice but to get my news elsewhere. Total flop.
DO NOT UPDATE TO THE NEW VERSION. Was a good news app, but the upgrade was a major step backwards…format isn’t as informative, less variation, less articles presented poorly, slower overall. Completely confuses me why people think they need to fix something that isn’t broken and make it worse.
With every update, this app makes it more difficult to get the news. This version takes the top prize. The news customization doesn’t work. The UX designer should get fired.
Not only is the new UX awful, I can no longer access my favourite sections from Markets namely Funds and ETFs, it takes me to the generic markets category. And shows me some stocks. What the hell?
Recent updates seems to have changed a lot in the user interface, looks nice and smooth. Like the new home page.
Not much else to say, I used to love this app and the news it brought. To much has changed over the last 7years, find myself unable to connect to its messaging. Now the app is clunky and it’s time to say good bye. Maybe one day Reuters will return…
Glitchy app… cannot get rid of videos to try to read an article. It’s time to remove this app. I tried.
