Easy to use and fun
Legit 5 mins after i make a purchase
Charged me 25 dollars for a 100 dollar transfer this is robbery
First time leaving a review for any app
What a joke of a company and don’t recommend anyone using them. They make you jump through half a dozen hoops to get access to your account. I am a buy and hold investor, and I got a new phone, changed states, and had to get a the Real ID to fly and now I cannot get access to my account because the information I provided “doesn’t match what we have on file”. Literally no other financial company is this invasive when collecting and verifying information and this incompetent. I’ll be moving to a different platform. Never been so frustrated in my life, and literally first review iv ever left in the app store in like 15 years of being an IPhone user.

It’s a good app I did all the steps but haven’t gotten my wheel speed for the chance at 200
Transaction Failed a week later
Timely purchase failed after waiting a week for transaction to process - it was kicked back after the at the worst time.
Fees are too high
Fees are charged to buy and sell. 2% per trade is way too high when robinhood is free

The app didn’t let me sell my share of bitcoin last night. It put alot of errors in the app. And then today when it was down I sold and it did go through with no problem. Stop doing that!!
Don't Use Coinbase
Terrible Customer Service- I opened my account a few weeks ago was able to do transactions moving money from my bank to Coinbase. Then all of a sudden a week later, they shut down access to my bank and I can't do anything with my Coinbase account. Add money or withdraw to my bank account. Tried to get help but all I spoke to was a bunch of inexperienced people or they never even picked up the call or said the phone lines were down. I managed to get through twice talk to somebody and they said they were gonna fix it within 48 hours well a week later here we still are. i'm even part of their Gold program which at this point means absolutely nothing
