Coinbase locked my asking for no reason 18 months ago and despite having sent all required documents more than once, they still haven’t reactivated it and are extremely unresponsive to emails or through their chat system. Hard to believe one of the largest crypto trading platforms can be as unprofessional.
You emptied all my money for what reason

Last year it was all fine. Now they have blocked my account with my funds in it. I’ve been trying to unlock it for 6 months now, but the responses I get are all automated. I hope I’ll find a way, but the customer support is the worst I’ve ever had to do with.
It’s been 20 days i created the account and provided all need information, my Identity card, salary slips, proof of address, last three months bank statement and still i am waiting to approve my account to buy and sell. Really frustrating and pathetic experience 👎🏻 Highly disappointed
Worst app for crypto & verification process up is untrustable
I uploaded my passport, driving license, and national ID. They couldn’t verify a single one of them. Terrible app!!!
Can’t access funds as I moved overseas, no customer support, no help at all.. can’t get my money. Been trying to access it with sending documents for months, no reply whatsoever!!!
The told me to get your coins because your country no longer allows to use this platform
Struggle to get verified my address after so many times i have uploaded tenancy contract, internet bill, utility bill and still rejected then i have uninstalled the app
