Legit 5 mins after i make a purchase
Charged me 25 dollars for a 100 dollar transfer this is robbery
First time leaving a review for any app
What a joke of a company and don’t recommend anyone using them. They make you jump through half a dozen hoops to get access to your account. I am a buy and hold investor, and I got a new phone, changed states, and had to get a the Real ID to fly and now I cannot get access to my account because the information I provided “doesn’t match what we have on file”. Literally no other financial company is this invasive when collecting and verifying information and this incompetent. I’ll be moving to a different platform. Never been so frustrated in my life, and literally first review iv ever left in the app store in like 15 years of being an IPhone user.

It’s a good app I did all the steps but haven’t gotten my wheel speed for the chance at 200
Transaction Failed a week later
Timely purchase failed after waiting a week for transaction to process - it was kicked back after the at the worst time.
Fees are too high
Fees are charged to buy and sell. 2% per trade is way too high when robinhood is free

The app didn’t let me sell my share of bitcoin last night. It put alot of errors in the app. And then today when it was down I sold and it did go through with no problem. Stop doing that!!
