Знялись гроші за користування преміум версією, не встигла зареєструвати акаунт відразу і тепер преміум версія не відображається. Знову просить оплатити додаток(
Проблема с Премиум подпиской
Была давно куплена подписка Премиум «Навсегда». Несколько дней назад она слетела. Сегодня, 13.06.02024 , я случайно оплатил снова Премиум подписку «Навсегда» за 22.99$. Но, все равно, она так и не была активирована. В настройках телефона, в разделе подписки AppStore, вообще указано, что у меня подписка 1.99$ на месяц. С саппортом через форму связи внутри приложения связаться невозможно- возникает ошибка при отправке. Помогите разобраться. Спасибо!
Сместился интерфейс
Здравствуйте. Хочу сообщить об ошибке. Я использую данну версию приложения. Вот на днях произошло изменение в интерфейсе. Теперь когда перетаскиваю монетку и открывается клавиатура с цифрами то все цифры и (символы =,*,/ и т д) смещены в левую часть и вверх дисплея где то на 1 см. Как решить данную проблему? (Телефон 12 pro max)

Every time after launch the program it randomly decides next: I subscribed or not…. And I can't use program features…. Meanwhile I have subscription….

Я оплатила премиум версию, но каждый раз когда захожу в приложение она слетает и функции не работают. При создании профиля приложение пишет от ошибке сервера, страница с помощью вообще не загружается. Как я могу отменить покупку и вернуть свои деньги?
