App glitch
Was trying to use a premium version but it was keep saying that I need to purchase it again , trying to contact support team, but they even have a glitch there.

Very useful application
So happy with this app. It helps me a lot to control all my expenses. But only regret is that you can only add hundredths of a number. Please make it thousandths or unlimited!
Оплатил подписку но не получил к ней доступ
При первом входе вылез рекламный банер с таймером, типа выгодное предложение подписки. Я оплатил 49,99 AED, чтобы ее подключить, но не получил к ней доступ. Кнопка поддержки не работает, написать вам напрямую не могу, поэтому оставляю негативный отзыв, чтобы достучаться до вас. Надеюсь проблему исправите в самое ближайшее время и компенсируете причиненные неудобства
Обман и вымогательство
Купила подписку премиум НАВСЕГДА в 2019 году. Это была самая дорогая подписка с самым широким функционалом. Потом они сделали подписку платинум, а мой премиум ограничили по функциям. Писала в поддержку, но они посчитали это нормальным. А теперь я и вовсе не могу зайти ни в старую, ни в новую версию приложения со своей подпиской, не купив ещё одну подписку. Вот такая клиентоориентированность. Не будьте так уверены, что ваша подписка НАВСЕГДА реально навсегда.

Я оплатила покупку, после этого нажала Войти и Создать профиль и снова выходит окно с оплатой! То есть я не могу ввести свой email и не понятно, куда ушла оплата и подтверждения нет!
Баги в подсчете баланса кошельков
Отправила сообщение через приложение, где невозможно даже скрины подцепить, а также в инсте. Никакой реакции. Очень пожалела что проплатила премиум
Issues
Bought a premium and never used, because couldn’t update/refresh the balance and to start it from zero. Now I can not set a currency properly. I set it to AED in settings, however it shows euro on main page, so when I enter the value, it then multiplies to 4 ( euro to aed) Please fix it before offering your premium subscription
Subscription
The subscription to the app doesn't work - they set it up as an in-app purchase which doesn't give you ability to cancel or review under your Apple ID subscription list. So if you purchase the app developer can keep charging you for the same purchase and because the app has bugs, it won't show your a premium member at all.
Horrific interface and payment structure
I tried to download trial version of this app, but it charged me automatically and beside the interface is not user friendly, I will not use it for sure and beside I can’t really cancel subscription now! Horrible experience

Синхронизация приложения на разных девайсах присходит с задержкой в пару дней. Управлять/менять долговые аккаунты не возможно, после их создания. Техподдержка нулевая, на запрос так и не ответили. Полное дно, жалею, что купил
