UIはアプリとしては秀逸だと思います。SalesforceやHubSpotと比べるとめちゃくちゃ見やすい。(Webアプリも同様) 少し動作が重いので今後の改修に期待しています！

直感的でわかりやすい
直感的でわかりやすいです。今まで色んなCRM/SFAを使ってきましたが、圧倒的に使いやすい。経営陣がデータを見るためだけのツールになってしまうものも多い中、現場の人がより効率的に成果を出すために設計されていると感じられます。日本語最適化もだいぶ出来てます。日本語最適化はあと少し！って感じかな。 機能アップデートも頻繁にあって、どんどん便利になっているので、今後にも期待大！
使い方が良くわからない
どういう手順で進めて良いのか、ヘルプやサイトを見てもさっぱりわからない。専門用語が多くて、営業やる人間が感覚で操作するのは非常に困難で、これでは使いこなす前に、あきらめてしまう。
非常に使いやすい
マニュアルがなくても使いこなせるため、非常に快適です 格安で多くのことができるため、スタートアップ時点での活用には適してますね エクセルには戻れなくなりました
