Has glitches. While doing notes, it will go out of app completely and then I will have to start all over. Takes forever(or never) to synchronise with web version.

useful but has refresh issues
I live pipe drive on my phone , it’s very useful when on the road and needing to update things quickly. however activities and deals sometimes do not refresh. regards.

Used Pipedrive a few years ago at a multinational and use it today in my own business 👌🏽
Color code notes
I agree with Andrea Summer’s suggestion to be able to color code deals for different sales people... I would also like to be able to choose the background color of the notes I make on deals - the default color is great but certain notes I want to highlight and being able to choose a different bright background color would be great.
Great app average mail integration
The font selection is limited. Please add options to properly customize fonts I’ve been using this app all year and it’s perfect in most ways. If one adds a line to an email template the font is completely different. It would also be awesome to colour code deals to different users so one could look at the deals page for an entire organization and get a quick glance at which sales consultant is responsible for certain deals. I have at least 80 open company deals at any time and a colour distinction would be awesome.
Forward Thinking App
Phenomenal systematic solution to lead & prospect management across various pipelines for various B2C branches. For South African enterprise, pricing out of reach for general business like ours. Exchange rate hurts 😭
