Searching functionality
When you search for a organization the best result is not appearing on the top. I have to scroll down 20-30 organizations before I find the right one. And this happens if I write the whole name of the organization. Pretty bad functionality.

Affordable and powerful tool
This is by far the simplest CRM I have used. It's affordable yet powerful. Takes less then 5 min to train my salespeople to use! A bit limited when working with big lists, but thanks to awesome support all challenges has been solved. In my opinion th best sales tool out there.

Amazing
PD as a whole had got to be the best CRM system I've ever used. My only real complaint is not being able to utilize the system in its entirety through the app. Needs more features to catchup to the browser version but all in all, great value.
