The platform lacks essential trading tools, making it feel like a downgrade compared to competitors. The fees are also misleading—they claim to be low, but hidden charges add up quickly. I expected a much smoother experience, but instead, I got unreliable service and slow responses from customer support. I won’t be using this platform anymore.

I am with them 5 years and over all I am happy. There were many things I did for first time regarding crypto in this app. They can help you to start your crypto journey and it can be safe.

If I could give zero stars, I would definitelly do it! This app steals money. I had the account on this app almost 3 years and it was that long only because of blocking me the access to do anything with MY money! They were not even possible to verify my identity with many invoices and even the ID card, which they requested!! So they were blocking my money for long three years! I finally found a way how to get rid of them with sending my crypto to the external wallet (luckilly it was not block, but I think it was an coincidence)! After sending the crypto, finally happy that I do not have to have this app and account anymore, I realized they took more than 30% of my balance as a fee? Crypto.com are thiefs and I will never recommend it to anyone! Please do not download this app and do not create the account, if you do not want lose your money!
