Crypto.com app is already installed on my mobile phone few months backs with my account stayed continue login. Password details have been changed few months back as well. I have also apply passkeys for this app , to strengthen security level, which is done about 1-2 months ago. But recent 1 week ago, I notice abnormal heat up level of my device with no reasons when charging phone or using other apps. I notice that your app also prompt me on the tracking feature of your app on mobile users. I delete the passkey on your app and also on my device, that’s when the heating level reduce significantly. Please check if your app has been compromised, allowing malicious actors to rely on tracking features of your app to track victims.

In my opinion these guys are a scam. All of my requests to withdraw crypto to an external wallet were cancelled with no reason given. They want to keep you on the app to buy/sell so they can earn fees. They said I can withdraw to fiat only which means more fees for them but the crypto exchange won’t let me withdraw … crypto … ?!

The app is great for the newbies. bid ask spreads are wide so prepare to not make money lol. My experience is that a trade which would be in profit on the exchange, is a loss on the app due to the wide bid ask spread.

When u deposit money and buy crypto from them, they charged u on spread fees which is about 3%-5% which is crazy high. And even when u buy in, it’s based on live market rate and the price includes the spread fees in it. Eg, if BTC was at 93k, its app would be showing 96k instead.. so when u pay.. the difference would go into their spread fee your paying.

The customer support service gives scripted replies, and emails to crypto.com customer support are hardly replied or if they are, they are scripted replies too. I hope CEO Kris, can help look at what the staff or contracted staff are doing to this business. As it is, crypto’s already a volatile investment, but to have a company which does not respond to queries especially about user’s monies, it is dangerous as they can lose their money anytime soon
