Its a scam, how can they accept deposits but not withdraws?
Its a scam, they let you add money but there is no way to withdraw. Tried everything, they keep saying it takes time for the verification process even it have been already months from my first deposit.
Fraud
These guys are thieves. I’ve put €1000 over two months ago and the address verification process is pending since then. That means my money is blocked and I cannot withdraw or move them anyhow. Be careful, don’t trust them.
Unacceptable support (They wont let me take my money I deposited)
This is one of the worst apps for investing. I deposited some money 1.5 months ago and since then contacted with the Support weekly and they cant verify my account so I can take my money out. They have been telling me for this whole time that they are sorry and I should wait for them to review the media for home verification. While everything I have given them is correct it seems that they find it hard to verify my account. At this point my account is down more than 30% and i really needed some of the money these days. I dont suggest you to deposit any money on this until you are 100% sure they will let you to take it out. I have used many other platforms such as binance, phantom, meta mask and coinbase and I have never had a problem like this. Even if they fix my problem now the damage has been done there is nothing they can do. Thats why if you are not sure you will be able to take back the money you will deposit I would suggest you going for another app like the ones I mentioned earlier.

The company did not open full access to my profile. They did not confirm my address during 3 MONTHS (even it is written that confirmation takes only 3 business days). And continue to ask me to be patient.

Verification is taking longer than expected.
Worst customer support service
Although the app offers a user-friendly interface, its customer service lacks adequate support. The verification process can take nearly two months without resolution, restricting withdrawal options and limiting full functionality.
The support is useless
So for some reason my account hasnt been verified for two months know instead of the mentioned 3-7 business days. None of the people at support are able to help me because they don’t care. My money is still in this app and i have no way to withdraw

I have send all the documents that they ask and yet I haven’t been verified. Like 1 week or more. But they accept my money and now that I want to take them back they said to me that I am not verified… Tragic.
