The app is a scam, legit a scam, paying ppl to make fake reviews, cant verify my address, although all info clear and visible, ned to withdraw money from app, the quality of support lowere bc of indian outsoucing, all the indians are ruining the app, they work in support and are incompetent

Not worth
Crypto.com is not a trustworthy company as they are devaluing their own coin. Also the spread is above average and you'll be losing money in the process.
Total scammers
Always finding a way to avoid returning money from them . Just one big scam
Scam app
The worst app ever. I lost 20 euros because of them. You can only deposit money in this app. When you need to transfer your money back to your bank account, there is some kind of nonsense. You can withdraw money, only if you verify your home address, but for that you have to provide them with a bank statement or something similar. It’s kinda confidential information. And even when I sent them these documents, there was no any confirmation for a month. You can also transfer your money to external cryptocurrency wallet without home adress verification, but there is insane commisions. I wanted transfer 0,0008 BTC, commision was 0,0004 BTC. It’s a half of the total amount. I really don’t get it, why you can download this scam application from AppStore.

I am very sad about this platform fees. I sent 100eur worth of bitcoin to my friend and fee was 40eur, are you kidding me?? 40%??? Never will use this app ever again

It’s rediculous how often this app asks for update, blocking it’s usage.
They will lock your money!
At first it was great but no they invented new policy, were you need to give them your adress and proof. And if you are renting and on the bill is not your name but name of the owner of the apartment than they will lock your money ! Even if you want to clouse your account!!!
