Crypto.com cares very little about anything except attracting new clientele. It’s existing customer base means nothing to them. Their customer service is literally nonexistent. You will be lucky if you ever receive help for any problems you may have. They employ the worst business model to date: the screw you we’ve already got your money model. Next!
The fact that I cannot withdraw money out of my fiat wallet so therefore cannot get ANY money out of my account is actually illegal and you people are revolting. No matter how many times I contact you or speak to different people it’s always the same answer - that it’s not available in my jurisdiction which is absolutely nonsense. You people are disgusting. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY?????

This is so like 419 scam, very easy to deposit money in, and nearly impossible to withdraw. To make matters worse, their customer support is non existent. I have spent two weeks trying to withdraw money and the help I was getting from customer service was so irrelevant, as they if if they were happy that it was impossible to withdraw money out. Customer support and the app itself took me through a non ending maze every day until I figured out an expensive way out on my own. I wouldn’t be surprised if their customer service was actually bots If you have your money in this app I suggest you take it out now because soon the other millions of customers will know of these issues and everyone will try to take their money out at the same time, then crashing the app for good. I doubt that they would have enough money and capacity if everyone tries to get their money at the same time.
Just easy
I downloaded the app. Signed up and ready to trade. Did my verification with 3 different types of verification and waited almost 3 weeks for them to still show me “we’re on it”. Deleted the app!
I can’t withdraw my money!! Because it’s says “the feature is not available in your jurisdiction “ Because I’m from South Africa
Don't think have ever come across such a bad app for an excellent CRYPTO platform. You guys would easily double your sales if the APP was better…..fire the developer
I would not recommend this app to use you wait more then 3weeks for someone to help you . When you ask how long is the process no answer. To be honest I would rather take my money to a other platform . Dottie is no help what so ever.
