Scam
Please avoid this scam. I got my trading account locked with my money for about two months now. The worst customer care service ever! They keep on passing the ball between each other without solving the issue. I am going to go to Singapore to take legal action against this con artists. P.S. Funniest thing is that their trading app keeps on sending me marketing emails but not sending the links with login codes so that I cannot login to my trading account. And to fix this issue they requested me to send a video recording of my self holding my passport and other documents. Here is how they waste your time and keep your money stuck in their account: Keep asking for more details every time you contact their customer service representatives and keep buying more time. Time is money! And the traders keep losing their money and time so they keep on staking our money to make more money. What a scam!!!
Cards for available List of countries not available !
They won't tell you that they only issue card to selected 5 countries out of 195 countries until you stake $4000 for 6 months, if you staked to get the card your funds will be stuck there and you won't get the card if you're not from those 5 countries. Such a scam there is no list of supported countries in their website. And they refused to list it when I contacted support.

Instantly blocked at signup, slow support
Ridiculous how it makes you go through all the steps to verify your identity, knowing at the very beginning with the initial information it wasn’t going to let the account be setup. I had an old account I never used, because of this I’m blocked and after hold with support for an hour it’s looking like it’ll just be easier to use a competitors service.
