I moved out of Sparkasse recently due to the ever-increasing “clunkiness” of service and shamelessness that’s reflected in their fee structure. As a former sparkasse customer I am delighted to use all of DKB’s features that they offer and I am very happy with the speed of their app and how efficiently I can perform my daily transactions. My only request to DKB at this stage would be to PLEASE DONT BECOME LIKE SPARKASSE

I registered and it was working fine now of course it tells me that it doesn’t know this device and there’s nothing to be done so no access to my bank account. This is by far the worst banking experience …

So weit gut, mir fehlt z.B. die Möglichkeit vom Tagesgeld Konto auf mein Girokonto zurück zu überweisen.
Augenscheinlich ist die Abschaffung der Auftragsvorlagen für Überweisungen eine bewußte Entscheidung der DKB. Die Suche in den bisherigen Überweisungen ist für mich jedoch kein funktionaler Ersatz und erzeugt bei mir Mehrarbeit bei der Bedienung. Bitte führen Sie Auftragsvorlagen wieder ein.
Einfache und übersichtliche Bedienung, kein Schnickschnack
Deren Software hat massive Probleme mit KK-Zahlungen, wenn der Betrag mehrmals im Monat der gleiche ist. Andere Tage, aber gleiche Beträge? Dann kommt es zu Doppelbuchungen! Prüft eure Buchungen vom Dezember!
Wenn du mehrere Konten hast, funktioniert gar nichts mehr
Auf den ersten Blick alles sehr übersichtlich. Bietet aber keine Funktionen für eigene Charts, Analysen und Auswertungen. Das ist sehr schade
