Can I rent more than one bike at once?
Yes, you can rent up to 5 bikes at once! Just make sure to select the correct number of vehicles right at the beginning of your booking process.
Can I leave the bike anywhere?
No. We work hard with the cities to keep the streets clean and accessible for everyone. Please return your Donkeys to specific drop-off locations when you are done for the day.
What if I have issues?
Our support team is always happy to help and understands that life happens.
HOW PRICING WORKS
Just Ride (Pay as you go)
With no strings attached. Just Ride is ideal for trips from 15 mins to a few hours. You can also top up your Donkey Wallet with money and we will give you bonus credit that you can use for Just Riding.
Day Deals
In some cities, we have rolled out day deals which are great for when you just need a bike for the 1,2,3, or up to 7 days. Visiting for a weekend or inspired to explore like a local when you're on vacation? This is the perfect solution for you or a guest visiting you.
Monthly memberships
With a Donkey membership, you pay a fixed monthly fee and get a certain amount of free time per day. If you exceed the included daily free time, your rental is extended for a low fixed cost. Ideal for the daily commute and for a busy city life with multiple errands throughout the day. Valid in all Donkey cities.

Horrible!!!!
I wasn’t use their service but they still charge money from my card!!! And: 1. No history about the ride and finances in the app - in case you don’t agree with something, you have nothing to show. 2. No ability to edit your payment method - if they will start to charge, they may not stop till balance became zero. 3. Slooooow support.

You pay for subscription and they force you to walk 1-2 km from your local drop off point. Amazing yah?

Bugs bugs bugs
This service has lots of major bugs. Right now I can not stop my ride or switch to another bike because there was no bike the app choose for me. When I am trying to stop this ride or to switch to another bike the app tries to lock the current bike (which doesn’t exist). The ride is active for almost 2 hours. The support doesn’t answer me. But they are charging money from my bank account.
Plz add booking for electrical bikes
Overall a very good app, interface is very intuitive, everything is up to date and in English! One thing I’d like to have is an opportunity to book bikes of other types, say electrical, I know they are available

Были несколько дней в Гамбурге. Посмотрели видео на ютюбе и по совету скачали приложение. Лёгкая регистрация через fb! Снять легко, отдать тоже.
Just stole my money, no bike riding
Download app, trying to add my credit card. 12€ was taken immediately so i cancel everything write to support and closed the app. Two days later they sent me e-mail that 8 still use their bike. They didn’t cancel anything and take another 10€ from my card. Support doesn’t answer for three days already I didn’t even touch their bikes and pay 22€
No support
I’m taken a bike in a Paris. After using just can’t return the bike, application didn’t work. I’m trying and trying again and again. And waste more time:// No one answered from support service:// Bad company - badly service. No recommend.
