Not working anymore on ios

With latest upgrade it’s not working anymore. Cameras never loading.

Freezing

I have 2 cameras on my nas. If i watch 1 video thats fine. If I try to watch another video just not starting. Using iphone 14pro the nas Synology 220+ which on 1Gbit/s speed.

Feedback

Picture in picture would be great and background playback. Also a little GUI polishing.

iPad restarting

Dear Synology, with the latest firmware and the actual version of the DS Cam, after few minutes (or only seconds) the app restarting the whole iOS system.

iPad Pro 2021 - cant download videó

I cant download video from my NAS. Video format issue. What can i do?

heavy battery usage

i like the DSCam, but on iPhone13 do a heavy battery drain…

iPhone 12 Mini restarts if the app is running for too long

It would be a great app, but if I use the app for more than 5 minutes, my iphone 12 mini restarts. My phone has restarted 3 times since I got it and all of them was while using this app.

I use this app more than 2 years ago with different smartphones/tablets. Never had any problem with it until late July this year. Since the update when the user surface has also changed it became absolutely useless. Whenever I log in, I can see nothing else than the same still picture that has been taken on the 10th Aug late evening. Tried to change the setup of the application, nothing has changed (except some combinations when I could not see any pictures at all” . I am now fed up and deeply disappointed.

It used to work fine, but with the latest update it is impossible to get a live cam stream. It is a shame. It used to be a nice app...
