Nice but.

It would be nice if multi view settings would be stored per login I have several login and on some I need 2 cam view. Some 8 cam.

Battery

It works but drains way too much battery 🥲

Useless

Stupid app that obviously requires a 5 days course just to get working on an Iphone. Account name and password is not enough and the support available is to no help. How can something so simple be so poorly constructed….

Works but would be nice with some improvements

Would be nice to be able to hide the tracker thing and most of all id like picture in picture (PiP) support so you can do other stuff while checking it.

Difficult to login, the app needs to be updated.

Bad and old type of system

I have just to many problem with these systems! Using an IP address is to manage the system remotely is just stupid when the IP address is changed you are not able to communicate any longer with your devices. I bought a new hard drive one year ago for a loud of money when it crashed. Now it has crashed again! Stay away from synology products if you will stay happy!

Stuck in load screen

Something have happened with this app. Now it just get stuck while loading a camera. You can’t search in the timeline either, it’s just stuck with loading screen. This app is now useless. I have created an supportticket but they can’t fix this problem without updating the app.

Doesn’t reconnect after resuming app

After resuming app all cameras just show a loading spinner. Have waited several minutes without luck. Only way to reconnect is to kill the app and restart it.

5.3.0 great update

Update: removing one star since only Motion Detection events appear on the timeline. I need to have external events show as well, since you can’t trigger and mark Motion events over the API. Contrary to other reviewers, I think 5.3.0 was much better than the previous release. Faster login and better interface. I use it to get notifications on and check events and have never bulk handled recordings in the app anyway. Excellent that you can now control push messages from the app.

Fix a delete button, please

Cannot delete multiple movie recordings at once! Disappeared after the update! Neither fun or smooth to have to delete one after another. Want to be able to do it from the mobile. Don't have to turn on your computer to do this daily! With kind regards,
