Update?
I’ve been trying to do the new update on my EP6 and it still isn’t working. I have the latest version of the app, still no luck.
SHIMANO should be embarrassed
Look at all the bad reviews folks! You really need to get it together! The last 2 years the app has been working fine, but now I can’t even log in! It’s embarrassing. A $7000 ebike and an app that doesn’t work. You should be embarrassed SHIMANO!

I feel like this app on iPhone is dated and the fact that it doesn't support iPad or Mac computers is sad. With everything going electric you have seriously dropped the ball on the apps to support the technology. Lets get this fixed... I'm pulling for you.
The worst
It links to my bike 5% of the time. When it works, it’s fine. But it rarely does. It’s just useless so far. Which is really annoying because I’d like to tweak my gear settings. Dammit, so frustrating. Hey developers!!! Do something!!! Fix it this thing!!
