Does not show my Dorm account balance
Ecobank, fix my dorm account, I am tired of complaining since the month of May, as a student abroad this is not a good thing to experience. Release my money so I can pay my bills please. I tried withdrawing money in May, in an ATM in Ireland, using my Ecobank Debit USD Mastercard. It gave an error message on the final screen that leads to dispensing the cash, that the transaction cannot be completed. It accepted my pin but just didn’t go through with the dispensing. I later got messages from Ecobank on my phone saying I entered an incorrect card number (which is not right as I put in the correct number). I later downloaded the app to check my balance and my dorm account is no where to be found, so I lodged in my complaint with your Customer Support ( CAS-4003318-M2G7Q5 CRM:0147017 ), but till this day they keep giving me automated replies; that it has been forwarded to the appropriate channel. For how long I ask, but no response. I need my money Ecobank!!
