Login Problem
I’ve been trying to log in for 3months now and it’s not going This bank is truly the worse
Bad in handling customer service very bad
They couldn't resolve an issue for more than 2month
Transaction failed
I’ve been unable to make transfer from My app since a week now. It always showing transaction failed
Complain
It usually log me out anytime I want to do any transaction Unless I log in several times nonstop
Connection was refused, please try again later
Please I’ve not been able to login since I updated the app.
It’s your worst update yet
I can’t wait for the latest update, I keep refreshing my App Store. This update was absolutely unnecessary. And the new token request? Disastrous!
Create problem
Why can’t I create my own account Is just writing this service is currently unavailable are should contact customer care
Transaction limit
This app as been helpful but it’s unfortunate for the challenges I’m going through this days because I can only transfer 20k a day and the sim I use to open it have been misplaced, This place I am presently their is no Eco bank branch nearby…please what’s the way out.
BANK APP IS HORRIBLE
Your bank is glitching ever since the new update. It’s totally impossible to even open the app
