Je sais pas qui a créer cette application mais il est nul que des contrainte tu met le bon pin il bloque grand n’importe quoi

Application inutile et Mauvaise

Je ne vois pas l’utilité de cette application tu as des fonds tu veux faire des transferts internationaux et c’est impossible de le faire pour des raisons inconnus tu appelle Ecobank assist pour t’aider à y voir un peu plus clair et au lieu de cela ils te disent on vous revient dans 48h. Vous êtes là à espérer et rien ne se passe. Franchement je suis vraiment déçu.

Don’t be greedy please Put some money to hire good IT teams because this application sucks

Doesn’t work on iPhone 14 and 13. Unable to receive security code in Canada.

Horrible app. Horrible website. Online banking and app doesn’t always work. Tech support doesn’t keep up with updates. Awful! Perhaps one of the worst banking app ever made.

after updating to the Ecobank mobile app to 4.2.5 on iPhone 11pro, the app still prompts me to update anytime I launch the app.
