This app has been working fine, but for the past two to three days, I have not been able to carryout transaction using my mobile App. It’s keep saying “transaction failed, try again” meanwhile my data network is working just fine. Please help me fix this as quickly as. Thank you.

Login issue

Why can’t I access my account, they keep saying incorrect password and profile not found

Very useless app. Haven’t been able to use the app for almost a month. I’ve had to rely on POS and ATM transactions with my card

Hi I haven’t been able to log into my app for months now. I have tried updating the app and even uninstalling and reinstalling and still closes on its own before I can even log in

Guys what happened to the virtual card that was added to the Ecobank app it just disappeared on of a sudden after i linked my usd account to my app.
