They advertise to invite people to use their virtual cards but impossible to create new virtual cards because you must first delete old virtual cards because you can’t have more than 3 virtual cards but impossible also to delete old virtual cards, then you can have 3 useless old virtual cards. Loool, Therefore impossible to use virtual cards they invited us to use via their advertisements Ecobank should be a big bank to employ big and good app developers
Wish I could rate them 0. Never to be used banking system. Take my advice. Don’t ever use this bank
It’s hard to even begin to categorise where the faults lie on this app. Nothing works as it’s supposed to. You need to restart the app several times for a small requests to be processed. There is no report section on the app so you can’t even give feedback for improvements. It’s so frustrating, practically useless.
This banking app is the worst and bad banking app I have ever used. A whole Ecobank can’t find talented people to develop a better and nicer app for it costumes!!! This app is trash very trash you guys should do better . Look at other banking apps and compare it to yours and do better.
All I can say is that the people who worked on this app are not brilliant. It’s a shame that Ecobank cannot employ competent talent to work on building an app that works. Nothing on this app works like it’s supposed to. I can’t even begin to itemize the defects of this app because they’re too numerous to mention. Basically, transactions don’t go through but my account is quickly debited, and asking for a reversal is a nightmare! Also, the transaction history is not accurate. I’m very frustrated as I type this. I’ll be changing my bank soon because of the nonsense I’ve encountered in the process of trying to transact with this useless app.
The updating is not working properly. Whenever I open the App it asks if I want to update. I choose yes, but it’s never effective because it continues asking me to update
The app won’t let me create an account. Also failing to chat on the help link…
My old application was working perfectly but upon updating it with this update I can’t even log in. This is very bad and pathetic!
App asked for an update, which I did. After, it wouldn’t open so I re-downloaded it and now it keeps asking to download a new version which I already have! Please assist
The app logged out by it self and till now I can’t gain access
