Is EE: Game free?
Yes, EE: Game is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is EE: Game legit?
⚠️ The EE: Game app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
It should give more from a telecommunications company! Please, take into consideration. (I will be happy with any feedback?)
In a nutshell:
- not responsive ui (over wifi)
- confusing business flows (inadmissible)
- not intuitive at all
- quits suddenly frequently
- kind of DoS advertising via SMS
Moreover I have two SIMs in my account and if I am trying to topup one of my number, it switch to the other number and you can pay for onto that accidentally. So you have to be careful, I have been a customer for several months but I still can not learn this app! (I appreciate other carrier’s app, such as MyTelenor...)
V 5.41.0, What’s just happened!?
Just updated to latest version, and now cannot see anything related to my phone, usage, add ons or anything. Pop up message at start said making things easier or simpler or something, not for me. Tried to link my phone as prompted but as I’m not the main account holder the process stopped. So now I’m not allowed to access any information about my own phone and have to ‘request’ my wife (account holder) to look for me, how is that easier? She’s soon going to get cheesed off with that!! Rubbish!
Just a sales pitch now!!
What on earth has happened to this app. I used to be able to check everything (data used, manage add-ons etc). But I just went on it to check my data usage after returning from abroad and the app has updated and just wants to sell me different phones or products. It is completely and utterly useless, I shall be deleting the app as it is taking up space on my phone, but it serves no purpose or function. This app is the proverbial “chocolate teapot” and I can’t believe someone was paid to create it and someone signed off to launch it. I moved to EE several years ago, I shall be looking for a mobile provider who has an app that I can at least manage my account.

EE CONTACTED ME BECAUSE MY CONTRACT RUN OUT YEARS AGO TRY TO SET ME UP WITH A TWO-YEAR CONTRACT SAID I WOULD GET A FREE TABLET. I’VE NOT RECEIVED THE TABLET. I’VE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT. CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYBODY. Due to not receiving a device which is part of the contract, I will cancel all direct debits and take my custom elsewhere
EE 10/10, App 3/10
This is the first review I’ve ever felt the need to write. To be clear, EE as a company is fantastic and I would recommend to anyone. The app however (speaking as a front end app developer) is terrible. The app perpetually loads, and jumps about as it does. It doesnt seem to cache anything and so my experience using the app is just waiting, all the time. The load times are honestly the worst I’ve experienced from any app (usually about 20/25 seconds), and although this is surely a backend issue, the front end could do a lot more to gracefully handle the local storage / caching of data to accommodate this. Even when the app loads it will immediately ‘lose connection to hub’ when in broadband manager and start the whole process again. Please please fix this. The website loading times are just as bad, and I don’t understand how a company as good as EE with such brilliant customer / technical support can build such a poorly performing app. Happy to give more info if needed
Mobile bill
Even with every app update it still fails to show me or won’t load my mobile bill this has been going on for some time now it’s frustrating having to go through an automated service to talk to someone about it I know I can get the information via text but I’d rather view my bill in the app please fix this issue thanks..
Takes advantage of the vulnerable and special needs
This company is the most disgusting company ever to exist, they took advantage of someone who has special needs by giving him a contract to sign so he could get internet access as he needed it for his college, he didn’t understand what contracts are but they didn’t support him or help him understand, in the end he couldn’t afford to pay for his router as he became very iLL and couldn’t work, they didn’t have any empathy for him and completely ruined his credit score which has crushed any hope of living in his own house in the future ❄️❄️

Can't ever get in my app.... WHY?????
Terrible UI, terrible UX, and is slow
This was meant to be an advertisement board for EE’s other services. Not an app to “manage and control” your broadband and mobile.
You need to go through lots of useless steps to reqch what you need to do (manage broadband connected devices), it is slow, and half of the time thatmpage doesn’t even load. I talked to their support and they said the app is going through development which is why it has glitch. Well, the developments seem to be towards adding more ads to it, not removing bugs.
Security Features
Hopeless app, hopeless support and customer complaints section basically so app error for some customers… leaves your broadband wide open!
