Useless app doesn’t work

Doesn’t work, waste of time

Get this app working!!!

After eight months, this app still isn’t working. How can a major broadband company be this incompetent?

Doesn’t work

This app is complete rubbish and a waste of time. It can’t even see my router even though it’s connected and I’m stood right next to it.

Just doesn’t work

Got new EE broadband which works ok, but this useless app tells me I’m not connected despite me definitely being connected. Am going to delete it as it adds nothing, it’s totally useless

Doesnt work

Will not let you connect to your router using the app (even if you can connect to it normally and it already works). Basically wont let you control your router outside of the basic functions

Cannot connect to newest routers

Just had broadband installed. The re home app will not connect to the router despite absolutely being connected via my phone. Just says unable to connect. Seems I’m not the only person either. Since the web base menus cannot control connections of devices and it has to be done via a 3rd party app, seems a shame as I need to cut of devices at certain times of the day. And the router can’t do this. How can I control children’s internet connection? Well you can’t

It doesn’t work.

The app doesn’t work and I can’t change my outrageous long password they gave me.

Broken!!!

Tried numerous times to get this to work and has failed repeatedly. Do not waste your time and space with this App it doesn’t work!!

Refuses to work at all.

My “Smart” hub’s management page says I need “the app” to manage it. It doesn’t say which app — I assume it’s this one. My internet is ok but the app is unable to connect to the hub, keeps throwing an error at me and cannot let me do anything about it. I wish BT hadn’t forced me into this EE ecosystem. Like others say, pathetic and useless.
