I deleted the app and still payed for the app. There is no abonnement in the Appstore. I never accept this paymend. I already sent a e-mail to the help desk. They say that I have to wait 4-5 work days. Bad bad service. Do not download this app!

Never opted for a subscription and deleted the instantly after download. Have since charged me almost €75!!! I dont have a subscription in my apple account and am not able to cancel is anywhere!

Deze applicatie maakt gebruik van een schandalig agressieve salesfunnel waarbij je constant onder druk wordt gezet om allerlei aanbiedingen te accepteren. Uiteindelijk leidt dit tot een zogenaamd “0-euro” betaling via PayPal, waarna er vrijwel direct een bedrag van je rekening wordt afgeschreven zonder duidelijke toestemming. De klantenservice is ronduit slecht en volkomen onbetrouwbaar. Dit is absoluut een product dat je moet vermijden!

I haven’t got the app in my phone, I haven’t purchased anything but they withdraw money from my bank account WITHOUT any permission!! STOP THIS!!!!!

I have purchased this app a year ago hoping this would help me out.. but it’s really nothing more then a mood tracker with soms reminders and for me this is really not enough to help get the chaos in my head in line. They claim to be a solution to adhd related problems, but as procrastination is a big problem a simple notification isn’t going to cut it! I have made the discovery noticeably a week after my purchase last year per mail that it really is not working if you are struggling with adhd as they claim so nicely in the ads and that i would no longer be using the app, also requesting, as I already assumed a full refund would not be possible, if maybe it would be possible to get a discount which was send a day after i made the full payment! But unfortunately no responds so I take my losses for eur 60 and go on But till my surprise one year later they AGAIN wrote of eur 60 for a new year membership on the app, i send another email requesting to get a refund as i already made the notice last year I was not going to use the app, but the say i can not get the refund because you are only allowed to get a refund when the delivery of the app has failed and as they delivered it without issues i wasn’t going to get the refund, even though i already told them i did not want the app anymore over a year ago! Also there were already A LOT of bad reviews here but the deleted the app from the appstore as i wanted to write this review right after it happened and reinstalled it now to start over again! If they know how a persons adhd brain works this is really just a shady way to get vulnerable people into buying this app, so please save yourself the money and click away quickly!

The tools don’t m help much with ADHD + it’s super difficult to cancel. I can’t find anywhere where I to cancel my (pretty expensive) subscription. That is of course very smart to do so since people with ADHD tend to give up easily / forget about payments. It feels shady!

There is no personalised plan, and the symptom tracker is useless. Wish I had read the reviews here before I tried it. Luckily I only tried the one week plan. I immediately canceled the subscription in paypal, and deleted my personal data in the app, so I am not trapped in this, but we will see. Just don’t. This is just taking advantage of people struggling with ADHD to make money.

This app auto renewed my subscription even though I cancelled it MONTHS ago. It no longer came up as a subscription in my App Store so imagine my surprise when €40 were drawn from my account. Scam!

Terrible. App has bugs all over the place, doesn’t do what it promises. No personalized plan, just a symptom tracker. Useless.

Automatically charges €65 and the first request for restitution was answered by: This purchase is not eligible for a refund. Will get some legal advice and proceed. Please do not download this app!!
