Payments and Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. No te puedes dar de baja y siguen cobrando
La aplicación no tiene ningún apartado visible o fácilmente visible para dar de baja la subscripcion o cambiar el método de pago. Es una aplicación que no sirve para nada. Demasiadas cosas hay que apuntar, y justo en eso es en lo que una persona con TDAH menos disciplinada es.

Me apunté por error y nunca usé la aplicación … me la han cobrado, les escribo para que la cancelen y no me responden ni siquiera. NO LA USÉIS !

Es una estafa de aplicación. Te intentan cobrar lo máximo…. No tienen soporte y no te contestan. Van a quitarte la pasta y no te dan nada de lo que venden es todo una m……
Imposible darme de baja
Me di de baja y me siguen cobrando 30 euros al mes. No caigáis en la trampa! Haced el favor de darme de baja inmediatamente.
Cancelar subscripcion
Hace casi un mes que dí aviso para terminar la subscripcion. He enviado más de 5 emails y ni siquiera se han tomado la molestia de responder o confirmar. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Ya les avisé por email que si me cobran otra vez en octubre anularé ese pago, doy por terminado el contrato desde el primer aviso el dia 04 de septiembre 2023.

It’s very useless app and cancellation is quite complicated. Do not recommend to get it.

Probé la aplicación pagando 29 euros que suponía serían anuales. Pues bien, la aplicación no sirve para nada y pasados tres meses me han cobrado otros 29 euros sin avisar, y cuando he reclamado no me devuelven el dinero.
