I have nothing good to say about this company. The subscription for a minor but they still accepted it. Don’t support or do anything with the cancellation process which is impossible. System doesn’t do anything or engage with you. It’s all about charges. The trial is a FAKE it just continues to charge with no details or anything. Just want to extract the money. Apple should remove this app.
Haven’t used since 2023 and cancelled subscription and just been charged for it…. Not happy and want my refund!
I cancelled my subscription for this app and have not had access since January, however they are still charging me and refuse to refund. I think it’s just a scam. Don’t download it.
The app is over complicated and I switched off after a few seconds as it was overwhelming. Badly advertised and should be more for a general well being app.
Just here to support what all the other reviews say! bought it on impulse as we do, right because I was so desperate. But it doesn’t help you manage anything. It’s basically a complicated diary. Made no sense to me at all so I deleted immediately.l Then a year after (!) a second payment comes out of my PayPal. No emails, no reminders. So I write to explain how I didn’t get on with the app and how I’ve completely missed agreeing to another payment, and could they please issue a refund and naturally they can’t. Very supportive of people with ADHD who do this kind of thing all the time right? So they’ve ripped me off twice. Do not fall for it!
App cancelation doesn't appear in in subscriptions making cancelation (because the app isn't useful) almost impossible. Way to overwhelming. Stay away!
Booked an onboarding call when I downloaded, waited 15mins after the appointed time, no on showed up. The app is poor and not ADHD friendly at all so I never actually used it past day 2! I checked my Apple subscriptions and the app does not show as something I have subscribed to, I presumed I had cancelled it, today they have tried to take a payment for a subscription! There is nowhere on the app to remove your account or change your bank details! You have to email support! It’s a massive con, avoid!!!
Impossible to cancel this over-complicated, useless app, which offers no obvious way to exit. Awful
Incredibly confusing app, that has no real purpose . And is overwhelming , which is precisely what you don’t want if you suffer from ADHD I bought it and regretted instantly
Promises solutions but for an adhd person all it does is add more confusion into the day by having to update and trawl through the hard to follow pages on the app. Complete waste of money and expensive at that !
