Min konto er fyldt med fejl og jeg skal skifte kode hele tiden.

So two years of use leaves my opinion that this app is full of trouble! I’ve talked to Egencia customer service about all issues but they cannot help, only solve each individual incident separately which is not very preventive.. Fx Trying to change language and country setting but keeps switching back to Swedish. My phone is not even in Swedish and not downloaded using Swedish AppStore either. Meaning I need to know exactly how to spell cities in Swedish, which I don’t.. like you cannot write Copenhagen or København searching for trains, it will give you nothing.. only Köpenhamn will bring you any search results. Very poor. Also keeps telling me to verify location settings. For what? I just need to book a flight from one place to another and I enter both airports (still in Swedish) but don’t worry about my location! Trying to set my country of residence as well since booking cars as foreigner/foreign countries is an issue due to tax. But keeps switching back.. Two times I’ve not been allowed to pick up the car I booked due to wrong country setting and I needed to pay double to get a car. Really poor. Well.. really good customer service though, but again can only correct the trip you book and not prevent any future flaws..

It’s hard to understand/accept that an App created for the iPad is designed only in portrait layout.

Ved reservering av billet til DAT viser afgangstiden fra Stavanger til Esbjerg 18:50 på Egencia mens DAT viser 17:10 på deres hjemmeside. Meget forvirrende.

Langsom, viser ikke opdaterede/korrekte rejser, så man kan ikke stole på den. Umuligt at slette rejser, umuligt at checke ind, underlige meddelelser (fx om at man skal leje bil i USA via Egencia, selvom det bare er en rejse fra Aalborg til København).

Skærmen fryser hele tiden og det er umuligt at slette og begynde forfra igen. CRAP APP

Er langsom og fungerer bare ikke. Det eneste gode er at man nemt kan se sine flyafgange.
