I can access my itinerary but I cannot access my tickets. When the app is installed it’s very difficult to access the website because I am constantly redirected to the app. Not a great experience when you’re standing on the train station trying to find your tickets.

This app is nothing but an itinerary and a hotel booking interface. The full site offers flight and car booking as well - why these are not available in the app? This is useless in its current form.

I find I can book directly through the hotels and airlines without the Egencia fee and often get cheaper rates, I rarely use this but our company prefers we do.

Project info should populate from flight to hotel to car.

As mentioned in the title the Single Sign On functionality is difficult to use and takes too many steps to log in. The app times out too quickly and should try to remember your work email so you don’t have to manually type it in every time you want to log in.

The amount of time I wast in this site is ridiculous. So much easier to book direct with the airlines or hotel. Egencia rarely shows all the options and when they do, they’re not eligible for points. Or you have to call them to book because the itinerary isn’t available online then they charge a $10.00 phone fee. If you have even minimal skills at booking travel, you’ll do way better than Egencia can. Stay away unless you’re a complete novice at booking travel.

The one thing I want to do automatically when I book a trip is add the details to my iPhone calendar. If that can be done with this app, it certainly isn’t self explanatory. I have wasted several minutes trying to find it.

I just spent over three hours trying to apply a credit on a new reservation. It took me three customer service representatives and I never was able to get the credit applied to my flight correctly. I eventually just had to cancel all of it and rebook the original flight, which by the way was less than what it would’ve been had one of the representatives credited the credit to a flight that they picked randomly very disappointed in this process not in the Customer Service handling as much as the actual process they seemed more confused than me
